This once-neglected villa was in a rough state when we took it on. Black dust covered every surface, and scrim-lined walls hid its original charm. Tasked by an Auckland developer, we carefully stripped it back, preserving its character while giving it a fresh new look. Working with an interior designer, we introduced thoughtful design elements and crafted custom window coverings to reflect how the home should have looked when first built. Fully project-managed from start to finish, the renovation transformed the villa into a beautifully restored space, designed for both living and use as a high-quality Airbnb.
